Deposition in the 21st Century

This course focuses on the technological aspects of taking Depositions in the 21st Century, and the challenges, issues and practical aspects of capturing testimony and preserving it on videotape or by other “audiovisual” means. It will furnish litigators and paralegals with specific information on the latest technological services available for taking depositions, capturing them by audiovisual means, making and using clips, and the storage, sharing and collaboration of audiovisually- recorded content. These innovations provide litigation teams with
valuable information that directs case strategy, saves the litigators time, and saves the clients money. Topics will be addressed from a practical standpoint to educate litigators on the value of these services, the process in which they operate, and the benefits to them and their clients.
